As a Detail Manager it will be your job to ensure that your team of detailers spread between several dealership locations, are functioning at a high level in order to meet the needs and volume of our client.
The detail team that you will oversee is tasked with ensuring that vehicles are in sale condition according to customer specifications by performing a variety of cleaning duties to the interior and exterior of that dealers vehicles. The team will clean out and de-trash the interior of vehicles, do light touch-ups of headlights and wash, buff, wax and detail cars, as needed. Detail operations require a lot of teamwork as they are part of our crew, several detailers working on vehicles together in an assembly line fashion. The goal is to get everything as close to new as possible to enable quick sales.

 What You Need to Succeed

• Management experience is required
• Experience in a body shop or automotive detail operation preferred
• Strong work ethic, flexibility, speed and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record, including ability to operate a manual transmission
• Some flexibility in hours needed (occasional evenings or Saturdays)
• Ability to travel between dealership locations regularly
